Visa information

Dear guests, we kindly remind you that visiting Russian Federation requires visa. If you need a visa support we can help to get a tourist voucher (it's a special invitation letter which you need at the Russian Consulate). Here are our rates:

- invitation letter (including sending by fax) - 500 rub. per person
- additional payment for post service - 800 rub.
- extra charge for each children ≥10 years registered in the parents' passport - 500 rub.

We will send the visa support letter as soon as we conclude the reservation agreement with you (we need your fax number for this).

Additional information

The guarantee of the reservation is the prepayment for one night, which is returned if the reservation is cancelled earlier than 72 hours before the check-in.
